Chad Littlepage is a Co-Founder of NexFire Solutions and the technology partner behind its platform: a backend and cloud focused software engineer with over a decade of experience building production grade infrastructure for regulated, data sensitive work.
Security is the foundation of everything he builds, engineered to the standard banks and financial institutions are held to: phishing resistant passkey authentication and hardware backed keys, database level tenant isolation proven by automated cross tenant testing, encryption and automatic redaction of personal data everywhere it flows, money movements verified server side with idempotent accounting and reconciliation, and continuous threat modeling against the real patterns behind today's largest breaches.
Every platform he ships is measured against Fortune 500 SOC 2 and SLA benchmarks and wired with Stripe billing, Sentry observability, Cloudflare edge delivery, and automated CI/CD. For NexFire he designs the offline first inspection and compliance system that turns field work into sealed, code referenced reports you can trust.
Beyond the platform, Chad ships native macOS and iOS applications and has been entrusted by Dolby Laboratories to develop proprietary, specialized applications. He also builds tools for media and post production, including control software for Blackmagic SDI routers, frame accurate HDR metadata tooling, and LAN timecode synchronization for DaVinci Resolve.
Fluent across Python, TypeScript, and C++, he treats every project as both engineer and product owner, shipping software that studios, manufacturers, and creative professionals depend on every day.
Glenn Frederick
Bio
Glenn Frederick is the Co-Founder of NexFire Solutions and brings more than 35 years of experience in safety, compliance, inspections, operations, and customer service to the fire and life safety industry.
Throughout his career, Glenn has specialized in conducting detailed inspections, interpreting technical documentation, identifying code deficiencies, and ensuring facilities remain compliant with applicable fire and life safety standards. His experience includes fire alarm inspections, life safety system evaluations, hazard identification, technical reporting, and helping customers maintain safe and code compliant buildings.
In addition to his fire protection experience, Glenn has spent decades leading teams, managing safety programs, conducting compliance audits, investigating incidents, and implementing operational improvements. He has extensive experience working with engineering drawings, construction documents, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a strong commitment to accuracy and professionalism.
As a co-founder of NexFire Solutions, Glenn is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service through integrity, responsiveness, and technical excellence. He believes every inspection should provide customers with more than a report by delivering clear communication, actionable recommendations, and dependable solutions that protect lives, property, and business continuity.
